A regular and alternate Board Member of the Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority is disqualified from participating in proceedings involving a License, Permit, or Other Entitlement for Use if the Board Member has received Contributions of more than $250 from a Party, Participant or their Agents (“Parties”) while a proceeding is pending or within the twelve (12) months preceding the rendering of a final decision (“Proceedings”). Also, a disclosure on the record of the proceeding of all Contributions received from Parties during Proceedings is required. In addition, a Board Member is prohibited from soliciting or receiving Contributions in excess of $250.00 during Proceedings or for three (3) months after the final decision.
The disclosure of the parties, participants or their agents, as set forth shall be incorporated into the written record of the proceeding and shall be made available to the public for inspection and copying.
