If an OMR template has associated OMR sheets that have already been printed, you will only be able to modify the Categories associated with that template. No other edits are allowed.
Select Focus |Assessment | OMR Templatesto display the OMR Template browser.
The procedure for editing the properties of a template is the same as creating a new one (please see Creating OMR Templates on page 56).
Cloning OMR Templates
You can create a new OMR template by cloning an existing one. Although editable, the Notes, result set and aspect(s) are inherited from the original template. However, the list of OMR Sheets is cleared and any associations with Categories are removed.
Select Focus | Assessment | OMR Templates to display the OMR Template browser.
Enter search parameters and click the Search button, or press Enter without entering any search parameters to display saved OMR templates. You can filter the list of templates by Category (please see Filtering Your View using Categories on page 83). Select the required OMR template and click the Openbutton.
Click the Clonebutton on the Focus Bar.
The copied template is displayed, and the Namefield is blank.
Enter a Namefor the template (maximum 25 characters).
Click the Savebutton on the Focus Bar to save the new OMR template.
