Select the check box(es) of the required marksheet owners. Selecting the No Owner check box enables you to export those marksheets without an owner, e.g. marksheets imported from a third party. The Select All and Deselect All buttons can also be used.
Click the Next button to continue.
This page enables you to select the specific marksheets you wish to export.
Select the relevant marksheet(s) by clicking the Field Browserbutton to display the Find Marksheet browser.
You can filter the display by selecting one or more Categories. Click the + or – symbols to expand and contract the list then select the check box adjacent to each required Category. The list of marksheets is restricted to only those associated with the selected Categories.
Select the check box of each required marksheet and click the Selectbutton to return to the wizard page, where the selected marksheets are listed, along with their associated owner, template and group.
On this page you select the student details that you wish to be exported and displayed on the Excel spreadsheets.
Select the required student information check boxes. If you wish the student details to be those that were current on a date other than today’s date, which is the date used by default, click the Calendar button adjacent to the Group Membership Date field and select a new date from the calendar. Alternatively, enter the required date manually.
Select the appropriate radio button in the Export Marksheet As section to select the type of file you wish to produce.
