  • Investigated the architecture-function relationship of female pelvic floor muscles

  • Harvested pelvic floor muscles from cadaveric donors

  • Dissected and characterized muscle architecture using laser diffraction to measure sarcomere length

Mission: To provide free primary care services to the medically uninsured, an opportunity for medical student and undergraduate patient advocates to gain experience in community medicine, and translation services in a clinical setting for Asian immigrants

  • Examined patients independently, presented findings to attendings, and determined appropriate treatement

  • Conducted EKGs and drew blood for labs

  • Worked with undergraduate students and translators to coordinate patient care
