SALLY BROOKS

Three-times winner of the prestigious title, London Hairdresser of the Year, and winner of Best Salon Team at the 2008 Creative Head Most Wanted Awards, Sally Brooks has created quite a stir on the British Hairdressing scene. Renowned for her creative vision and flair for translating high fashion trends into workable haircuts, she is regularly hailed ‘a future icon of the hairdressing industry’.
Following a successful career as ‘International Artistic Director at Trevor Sorbie, Sally opened her own salon along with business partner, Jamie Brooks, in December 2001. Since embarking on their salon venture, Sally has been nominated for an array of awards and is regularly featured as a hair and makeover expert on numerous lifestyle television programmes (GMTV, Faking It (CH4), The Salon (CH4), Would Like to Meet (BBC2) to name a few), as well as creating hair for top magazine titles including Elle, Brazilian Vogue, Noise Magazine, LAB, Cosmopolitan and You Magazine. Along with Jamie Brooks and their artistic team, she also travels the world extensively teaching seminars and putting on hair shows, education being integral to the Brooks+Brooks’ philosophy.
