1.) First- Log into IC with your username and password and type in the student's name you are using the contact log for.
2.) Second- you will click on the student's name and their information page will pop up. You will then click on the Index Tab.
3.) After you have clicked on the Index tab you will go to the student information (+) symbol. Click on the symbol and more tabs will open.
4.) After the tabs have opened you will click on the PLP tab and open that document. 5.) Once you have opened the PLP tab you will come to the student's PLP information page. You will also notice more tabs at the top of that page.
6.) Click on the Contact Log Tab . Once it is opened it will look like the picture BELOW.
8.) Click on the picture that says "NEW" to add your new documentation.
9.) You will come to a page that looks like the picture below. Add your contact information and any other needed documentation about the student into the TEXT category. Click Save! It will automatically timestamp your information and it will add your name. You can also back date any other documentation in the DATE/TIME section as well.
