4508 USMC Canteen COVER (1st Pattern with Regular Flaps)
Early WWII era Unlined Dark Tan 1-Quart Carrier with Regular Flaps,
with the high-mounted M-1910 Belt Hook(hanger).
(Basically an Army cover without the felt lining)
