Harford County Sheriff's Office New Southern Precinct


DATE: Saturday, March 31, 2012 & Sunday April 1, 2012
TIME: 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m.
LOCATION: 1302 Pulaski Hwy, Joppa MD

Located at the corner of Rt.152 & Rt. 40

Cameras will not be allowed in the building during the tour.

I thought some of you maybe interested in taking a tour of the new sheriff's office building, since we have been watching the construction of it for a few months.



Baked Chicken with Ham Gravy: Compliments Campbell's Kitchen
Ingredients:
4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)

4 ounces sliced cooked ham or prosciutto, cut into very thin strips

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) campbell's condensed cream of Mushroom Soup (regular or 98% fat free.

1 container (8 ounce) sour cream

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

4 hot baked potatoes, split or 4 cups of mashed potatoes
Directions:
1-Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish
2- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Pour off any fat
3- Arrange the ham around the chicken in the baking dish. Stir the soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper in a small bowl . spoon the soup mixture over all.
4.-Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken to a serving platter. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken and potatoes.

Triple-Layer Lemon Pie- Compliments Kraft Foods
Ingredients:
2 pkg. (3/4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
2- cups cold milk
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1-HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1-tub (8 oz ) COOL WHIP Topping, thawed, divided.
Directions:
BEAT ; dry pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust
WHISK; half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding mixture; spread over layer in crust. Top with remaining COOL WHIP
REFRIGERATE; 3 hours or until set.
SPECIAL EXTRA; Top with 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries just before serving or you may garnish with lemon zest.
