BUFFALO, N.Y. – Dr. Marshall Fagin, a specialist in Prosthodontics of Williamsville, N.Y., received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Erie County Dental Society.The Society met at the Fairdale Banquet Center in Amherst, N.Y. recently and heard Fagin speak about the importance of designing a proper chewing function in cosmetic makeover cases.
Fagin spoke to the members about major restorations of the front teeth and how a proper chewing function can lead to a more predictable long-term outcome of the surgery. In addition to the technical aspects of treatment, he also shared with his colleagues the positive, emotional impact that smile makeovers have had on his patients.
Marshall Fagin, D.D.S., a Prosthodontist, has been serving Western New York for 30 years. Dr. Fagin’s specialty practice includes Cosmetic Dentistry, Full-Mouth Reconstruction, Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, and Implant Dentistry. Artistic in creating natural looking beautiful smiles in private practice; he is also a part-time faculty member in the Department of Graduate Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry Center at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Fagin lectures across the United States and Canada on Cosmetic Dentistry and Functional Esthetics, Fixed Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. He is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry-Prosthodontics. He was selected by his colleagues to “Best Dentists in America” in 2004/2005. Dr. Fagin practices in both Williamsville and Rochester, N.Y. and has a staff of 8 employees.
