Lifetime Implant – 5 Year Prosthetic Warranty
Your Crystal Ultra/Titanium bridge(s) are warrantied for a period of 5 years. Within the warranty period we will repair or replace bridges that fail due to workmanship at no charge. This period can be extended to 15 years through our Maintenance and Extended Warranty Program.
UNLIMITED CLEANINGS, EVALUATION, AND ADJUSTMENTS
Your G4 bridges and implants should receive special care and maintenance every 6 months. Our 5 Year maintenance and warranty program provides a complete assessment of your dental implants and bridges that will be conducted at each re-care appointment which will include:
Visual assessment of the patient; including examining the patient for signs of inflammation, bleeding, changes in probing depths, mobility, or exudate around the implant(s), and debridement of the your dental prosthesis. In addition, we will radio-graphically examine your Implant(s) to determine whether changes have occurred in bone levels. We will also conduct a careful review of your current medications, as well as a review of your health status.
Your bridges will also be re-lined and adjusted to insure proper fit, comfort, and function.
Lifetime Implant Warranty
Many practices offer some warranty as a courtesy, but we put in in writing. We stand by our Implant services with a Lifetime warranty on our Dental Implants. Most practices will charge extra for these services, even though the cause of this failure is sometimes due to their own error. In the rare case of implant failure, not only will Dr. Golpa will remove the implant and replace it at no charge, but any corrective procedures required will also be performed at no cost.
Dental Implant & Prosthetic Conditions and Limitations
If a dental implant fails to integrate we will replace it at no cost. An annual implant examination including x-rays and regular cleanings is an absolute requirement for any warranty to apply. The Lifetime Warranty Dental Implant Warranty does not apply to smokers or persons who have, or who develop, an uncontrolled systemic health problem, such as, but not limited to; diabetes, autoimmune disorders, substance abuse, severe osteoporosis, or any condition requiring long steroid use. If smoking or a medical condition is suspected as the cause of implant failure or other complication that requires treatment, an examination and blood tests will be required for warranties to apply.
