Adding Data Entry Columns


There are five types of column that can be added to the template:

Columns are added by running the Create Template Columns wizard and selecting the type of column you wish to add.

  1. From the Template Columns panel of the Template Details page, click the New button to display the Create Template Columns wizard.

The Create Template Columns wizard enables you to add one or more data entry columns according to the number of aspects you select.



  1. From the Create Template Columns wizard, select the Add Column for Data Entry radio button and click the Next button.



  1. If you want to maintain a history of results, click the Next button. If you wish to store only one result in this column, you must select a previously created result set by clicking the Field Browser button to display the Select Result Set dialog.

  1. Select the check box(es) of the required result set(s) then click the Select button to return to the wizard. The selected result set name(s) is displayed. Click the Next button to continue.



  1. Select the columns you wish to add to the template by clicking the Field Browser button to display the Aspect browser and then select the required aspects.
