Enter a Namefor the template (maximum 25 characters).
Enter any notes that you wish to be associated with the template in the Notesfield.
If you want to maintain a history of results, the result set field can be ignored. However, if you wish to store only one result for a pupil/student in association with the template then click the Result SetBrowserbutton to display the Result Setdialog.
Theaspects displayed are restricted by the type of aspect displayed to either Marks – Integeror Marks – Decimal, depending on the selection made from the Typedrop-down list. You can further filter the display by selecting required Categories. Click the +or – symbols to expand and contract the list then select the check box adjacent to each required Category. The list of aspects is restricted to only those aspects associated with the selected Categories.
To quickly locate a particular aspect, enter the first character(s) of the aspect in the Searching for field and the first aspect matching the character(s) typed is highlighted. Continue to enter characters until the aspect you are searching for is highlighted.
Highlight the required aspect and then click the Selectbutton to return to the OMR Templatepage. The selected aspect is displayed in the Aspect field.
Select the relevant Marks Options in the drop-down list, according to the type of marks aspect you have chosen. If you have selected a decimal aspect you need to choose to be able to award results to one or two decimal places. Your selection will determine the range of Marks displayed in the template columns.
Click the Savebutton to save the OMR Marks template.
