The next page enables you to select the Aspect(s) to which the selected result set should be attached.

  1. Select the required Aspect(s) by clicking the Field Browser button to display the Aspect browser.

  2. By default, All Aspects are listed but you can restrict the type of Aspect displayed by selecting from the Type drop-down list. You can further filter the display by selecting required Categories. Click the + or symbols to expand and contract the list then select the check box adjacent to each required Category. The list of Aspects is restricted to only those Aspects associated with the selected Categories.

  3. Highlight the required Aspect(s) and then click the Select button to return to the wizard page, where each Aspect selected is listed along with its owner and the number of associated results.

  1. You can remove Aspects from your selection by highlighting the Aspect and clicking the Delete button, if required.

  2. Click the Next button to continue.

The final page of the wizard enables you to select the date range to be applied as a filter, when attaching the result set to the results.

  1. Select the From and To dates by clicking the down arrow and accessing the Calendar (please see Using the Calendar on page 408). Alternatively, the dates can be entered manually. You can also clear one or both of the dates.

The date range can be made open-ended by leaving one or both of the Date Range fields blank.

  1. Click the Finish button and a message dialog will ask for confirmation that you wish to proceed. Click the Yes button to proceed.

When the process is complete, an Activity Log, which can be printed and saved, is displayed.
