A: To help us get your new website up as quickly as possible we need a few things from you.
1. Please fill out this outline. It will give us most of the information about your business we need to build your site.
2. If you currently have a website, please send us the website’s domain (address).
3. We will need pictures of your business from section 6 above. We can offer a professional photographer to come out to your business and take pictures at an added cost. Please ask us about this if you are interested.
4. If you currently own a domain (website address), we can either transfer it to our account or we can manage it from your account. If you want us to just manage it for you, we will need the login information. If you want to transfer the domain to us, we will help walk you through the process. This will usually take 1-2 weeks, but when transferred we will manage and pay for 1 domain account with us. We can also purchase other domains for you at an added charge.

Q: What is the password for my Facebook Page?
A: There is no password for your Facebook Page. We will set you or your staff up as an admin on your Facebook Page. This will allow you to login with your personal Facebook account and post on Facebook as your business. If you do not have a personal Facebook account, you can create one, or we will handle your Facebook Page for you.
Q: What do I need to do with the Twitter account you have created for me?
A: The only thing that needs to be done with the Twitter account we create for your business is for you to confirm the account. Twitter will be emailing your business with a link to confirm the account. You will then need to follow the link and log into the account with the information we provide you. After confirmation you will not need to do anything else with the account unless you want to. We connect your Facebook Page to your Twitter account so that anything you post to your Facebook Page will also post to your Twitter account. This way your business will reach current and new clients easier will multiple Social Media options.
Q: How do you help clients find my new website, and what is S.E.O.?
A: We use multiple S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization) practices to help bring your new website to the top of searches. One of the main ways we do this is fix and update your Google Places to make it easy for clients to not only find your website address, but also get directions and read reviews of your business. This combined with your new Facebook Place and Twitter account help to raise your website to the top of searches. Search engine algorithms are “organic” and will take a little time to update themselves, so changes are not immediate. Do to this, we cannot guarantee that your website will be at the top or searches, but we follow these practices to do what we can to help that. There is no way for anyone to guarantee that you will be at the top due to these factors.
Q: Does my website have a mobile version?
A: Due to the mass use of smartphones these days, this has become unnecessary. Instead, we design our website to be compatible across multiple browsers. These include Chrome, Firefox, IE, iPhone, iPad, and Android. We want your clients to have access to the same information your website has, and the same way of viewing it no matter how they look at it. However, if you do desire a mobile version of your website, we can add it to your package at an added cost.
