The Journal of Politics

ISSN 0022-3816
Established in 1939 and published for the Southern Political Science Association, The Journal of Politics is a leading general-interest journal of political science and the oldest regional political science journal in the United States. The scholarship published in The Journal of Politics is theoretically innovative and methodologically diverse, and comprises a blend of the various intellectual approaches that make up the discipline. The Journal of Politics features balanced treatments of research from scholars around the world, in all subfields of political science including American politics, comparative politics, international relations, political theory, and political methodology. The Journal includes major articles and review articles, and an unusually extensive range of reviews of books published throughout the world in English and other languages. Articles are accepted in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Bulgarian, Russian and the Ukrainian languages.
Publishing periodicity – 4 issues annually.

Articles for issue No. 3(Vol.79)/ 2017 are accepted up to 25 February 2017.
Part of the print run is dispatched to the libraries of major universities worldwide.
The Journal is intended for students, Master’s Degree students, post-graduate students, Ph.D. students, post-graduate degree seekers, recent graduates, instructors, and research workers in different countries.
The edition materials are posted in Scopus and Web of Science.

  2. Articles are accepted only via email.

  3. After the review, you will receive a mail message in 20 days with a full cost estimate and all payment options.

  4. Pay for Article processing and publishing services to the payment details received.

  5. After the Journal has been published, we will send it to you at once by postal delivery.
