Use this sheet to help you organize the information you will need to complete the venn diagram on Christmas Traditions:


Canada

Food: eggnog, turkey, cranberry sauce, mash potatoes, chocolates, candy canes








Decorations: mistletoe, lights (indoor and outdoor), trees, ornaments, green, red, white, nativity scene, elves, reindeer, wreath on front door









Traditions: exchanging gifts, kissing under mistletoe, family dinners, Boxing day shopping, Santa Claus parade,








Celebrations: Santa’s breakfast, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day dinner, Boxing Day, parties, church









Gifts: in stockings, Secret Santa gift exchange, for friends and family/donations to charity









Other: Santa comes December 24

Some people celebrate Christmas Eve or Day


Can be a religious day or non-religious day
