The Freehold Borough Planning Board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 7:00 PM in Borough Hall, second floor, Council Chambers, 51 West Main Street, Freehold, New Jersey.


1. Call to order and statement of compliance. Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by posting a copy of public meeting dates on the municipal bulleting board and by sending a copy to the Asbury Park Press and the News Transcript and filing a copy with the Municipal Clerk.
2. Roll call of members and consultants.

4. Resolution of Memorialization Approving Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision.

Application Number PB-SD-13-012.

Type – Mixed Use Commercial and Residential.

Owners – Stephan Siegel and Gary Greenstein.

Applicant – Siegel – Greenstein, LLC.

Location – 26 Court Street, Block 36, Lots 5, 6 & 9.

Proposal – A lot line adjustment wherein the side lines of

Lot 9 (26 Court Street) will be extended through the rear sections of Lots 5 & 6. This will allow for parking behind 26 Court Street.

Request – Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision.

Zone – B1. (See Attachment II).

5. Resolution of Memorialization Appeal From Determination of Zoning Officer.

Application Number PB-ZI-13-017.

Type – Commercial.

Owner/Applicant – 67 South Street Property Mgmt., LLC

c/o Kiely Properties.

Location – 67 South Street, Block 83, Lot 7.

Proposal – Revise portion of building interior to add a bathroom and a 4th bedroom to one of the 4 existing apartments.

Request - Interpretation of Zoning Officer’s Determination.

Zone – B2. (See Attachment III).
