    • All souvenirs will be produced and sold by Las Vegas BikeFest

 

    • Souvenir stands will be set up in the Grand Ballroom at the Golden Nugget, Fremont Street Experience and Rally Central. Stands will be open during Rally Central and Registration hours.

 

Fremont Street Experience Stand times:



    • Wednesday: 12:00pm – 10:00pm

    • Thursday – Saturday: 10:00am – 11:00pm

    • Sunday: 10:00am – 10:00pm

Streets will remain closed from the end of Life Is Beautiful (Sunday), until our closures take effect on Tuesday.

 

Mob will place road closed barricades and signs. Move them down (south)  approximately 90 – 100 feet to accommodate access for the St Joseph’s Church Parking and Downtowner Hotel Parking on North 8th and North 9th streets @ Ogden Ave. Add Business Access Only Signs at 8th /9th and Ogden.



 

Alley Ways – MOB has Business Access Only Signs /No Outlet and will post them at Ogden and Carson in the alley’s between 8th and 11th  Streets  with movable barricades and a Hard Road Close at Fremont and all Alley ways.

 

MOB does not have Motorcycle Parking Signs – Las Vegas Bikefest has Bike Parking only Signs.   We will post them near Road Closed Signs using A-Frame (type -2 Barricades)  Road Closed Signs are

  • Must have a Party Pass, Ultimate or VIP pass to compete

  • Contestants can only enter one category

  • Only six (6) contestants per category

Tax Collection

SALES PERMITS / SALES TAX:



  • As part of your booth space rental fee, Las Vegas BikeFest® will arrange for your Clark County Sales Business License.

  • All of the necessary paperwork will be provided to exhibitors at check-in. It will be necessary for exhibitors to collect sales tax (8.15%) and turn in these funds to Event Management at the conclusion of the event.

  • If the exhibitor is a registered business in Nevada, they must submit your Taxpayer ID number to Event Management prior to the event. Any Nevada business without a Taxpayer ID number is required to pay sales tax at the conclusion of the event. Any other permits that are required to sell away from your Nevada store/shop must be obtained by you prior to the event.
